Today, I gathered with these women for the Heart to Heart Luncheon at BYU. Hilary Weeks was kind enough to join us, and was so gracious to share her thoughts and music with the group. Her message of hope and optimism in hard times was perfect, as every woman pictured here is familiar with the hard times that are a part of each and every journey with a CHD. Love these ladies!
